Last week, the DOLF team met with people receiving treatment for drug-resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB) during our OPD sessions at Ahoada Zonal Hospital, MPHC Potts Johnson, and MPHC Rumuigbo in Obio/Akpor LGA.
We listened to their stories, answered questions, provided health education, and encouraged them to stay committed to their treatment. Sometimes, a simple conversation can give someone the strength to keep going.
At DOLF, we believe that every person deserves care, dignity, and hope throughout their recovery journey. We will continue to stand with individuals and families affected by TB until healthier communities become a reality.
