Emmanuel Tondo is a technology and data systems professional with over a decade of experience spanning information systems management, digital transformation, and data-driven programme implementation. As the State Team Lead for the Federal Capital Territory at Dawn of Life Foundation (DOLF), he provides strategic leadership for data management, monitoring and evaluation systems, and programme analytics supporting health and community development initiatives.
Emmanuel has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening data systems, and designing tools that improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of programme data for decision making. His work focuses on ensuring reliable health information systems, supporting evidence-based planning, and enhancing collaboration between programme teams, government partners, and development stakeholders.
Before joining DOLF, Emmanuel held senior leadership roles in the technology and operations sectors, including serving as Manager of Information Systems, Innovation and Strategy at Trans-Nationwide Express (TRANEX) PLC, where he led major digital transformation initiatives, implemented enterprise ICT strategies, and improved operational efficiency through automation and data systems optimization.
His professional background combines strong technical expertise in network systems, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and data management with proven leadership in project management, operational strategy, and organisational capacity development.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics Education from Benue State University and has received professional training in project management, cybersecurity, and executive leadership. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and has completed several leadership and management development programmes.
